Projects We Love was the annual magazine of Swedish design brand Bolon, published between 2015 to 2020 to serve as a compendium of the company's activities, inspirations and ideas.
Disegno Works was appointed to provide editorial direction, story development, commissioning, writing and copy editing for the magazine, conducting in-depth interviews with internationally acclaimed design studios such as Doshi Levien, Snøhetta and Jean Nouvel, as well as roundtables, reports, case studies and special photoshoots.
The magazine was designed to reflect Bolon's status as one of the most dynamic and creative brands in European design, complementing the new direction that the family-owned business took when its current directors Annica and Marie Eklund took over in 2003, launching an ambitious programme to reorientate the brand around design.
Disegno Works brought editorial integrity and ambition to the magazine, working with the Eklunds to create a title that served as an effective sales tool for Bolon, as well as establishing the company at the forefront of contemporary design, textile production and environmentally responsible manufacturing.
